The Streaming Kingdom is an aquatic domain located in the English Channel, near the coast of France. It is inhabited by water-breathing humans who must drown before they can enter the Kingdom subjugated by a mighty regent known as "His Royal Wetness", and fish-slaves.
According to the accounts of pirate Captain Clegg, one of his crewman drowned near the coast of the Picardy and returned to life from the Streaming Kingdom and with an altered appearance; in which he told another crewman who witnessed his return about the Kingdom. Although the eyewitness who reported was greeted with skepticism from Clegg and was harshly flogged.
