The Roman State is a fascistic subterranean nation underneath England, which was allegedly founded by a lost Roman legion and their numerous descendants. The Roman State is situated between the vast territories of the Vril-ya and the twilight structures of modern day Coal City, which by May 1930 has already been seemingly abandoned with the exception of some relics pertaining to the settlement.
During the late 1700s, Gulliver's Fellowship visited the Roman State and clashed against the State's Roman legionaries.

The Roman State is from Joseph O'Neill's Land Under England (1935). The Roman State is a fascistic subterranean nation underneath England, reachable via a trapdoor at the base of Hadrian's Wall. Although the Roman State's origin is unknown, its clothes, language and ships are at the very least influenced by the Romans.
