Montague House was a late 17th-century mansion in Great Russell Street in the Bloomsbury district of London, which became the first home of the British Museum. Montague House became the future headquarters of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen from its incarnations as "Gulliver's Fellowship" and the first and second "Murray Groups".
