Crom is a war-god once worshipped by the Cimmerians in what is modern Scandinavia during the Hyperborean Age. The deity was one of the relatively brutish, unsophisticated tribal deities that were lesser generations of the then weakened Elder Gods following their battles against the Great Old Ones.
By the great Ice Age, cults dedicated to Crom had all but diminished and forgotten from the archaeological record.

Crom was created by author Robert E. Howard and appeared in many of Howard's fantasy stories, specifically in the Conan the Barbarian series in which the title character also worshipped Crom.
